The Niles West Jazz Band performed at the Indiana State University Jazz Festival on February 22, 2025. Students earned a gold rating at the event and received several recognitions from the judging panel. Jude Grant (piano), Yonathan Endashaw (alto saxophone), and Anthony Burns (guitar) were honored for their outstanding solos during the performance.

In addition to performing in featured ensembles, students participated in a clinic with multi-instrumentalist Wycliffe Gordon and attended a workshop led by jazz musician Jamey Aebersold.

The Niles West Jazz Band performs at the Spring Showcase of Bands on March 13 at 6:30 pm in the Niles West Auditorium.
