Thirty-one Niles North students competed at the 2025 FCCLA State Leadership Conference in Springfield, Illinois, held April 9–11. They participated in STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) and Proficiency events.

FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a national organization that promotes leadership and career skills through Family and Consumer Sciences education. This year’s theme was Evolving With FCCLA.

Students earned a total of 17 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze medals.
