District 219 Kicks off the School Year with Family Night on Aug. 12
Niles Township High School District 219 will host a Family Night on Monday, August 12, to kick off the 2024-25 school year for students of all ages. The free event will be held at Niles North High School, 9800 Lawler Ave in Skokie.
- 5:00-6:00 pm: Students in all grades are welcome to participate in interactive science activities and space stations. Snacks will be provided.
- 6:00-7:30 pm: Astronaut, author, and NASA engineer José M. Hernández shares his journey of achieving his lifelong dream to fly in space. Guests can enter the auditorium through Door 1.
