Julianne Evans Named Assistant Principal of Operations at Niles North

Julianne Evans has been named Assistant Principal of Operations at Niles North High School, starting July 2024. The Niles Township High School Board of Education approved her appointment at their July 9, 2024 meeting.

Julianne’s previous experience in education includes teaching mathematics for nine years at Libertyville High School. During this time, she was also an assistant cheerleading coach and instructional coach. In addition, she completed a two-year rotation as the Assistant Principal for summer school at Libertyville. Julianne also previously worked at Prospect High School for three years as the Division Chair for Math and Science. Prospect High School was awarded the National Blue Ribbon School status during her time there. 

Julianne received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. After a couple years in the business field, she obtained her Secondary Teaching Certificate in Mathematics from Judson University. She completed her Master’s in the Illinois Principal Preparation program with Concordia University-Chicago and she is currently working on her dissertation for a Ed.D. in Education Leadership at Concordia. 

Julianne enjoys spending free time with her husband, Kyle, and their two rescue dogs. Orange Theory Fitness is another place you’ll find her when she is not at work. She also loves to read mystery novels.
