Lueth began her career in Florida as an English teacher at a public alternative high school, an experience that shaped her passion for meeting students where they are and supporting their growth both in and out of the classroom. She later stepped into school leadership at the same school, where she continued focusing on building supportive, relationship centered environments.

After moving to Chicago, Lueth served as an Assistant Principal in Chicago Public Schools and most recently served as Assistant Principal of Student Supports at Maine East High School. At Niles West High School she will support the Class of 2028, beginning in the 2026-27 school year. She will bring professional experiences that have strengthened her belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of creating systems that uplift students through positive supports and strong relationships.

At the heart of Lueth’s work is a passion for equity, restorative practices, and community building. She is committed to helping create a space where each person feels a genuine sense of belonging. She cares deeply about creating spaces where students feel safe to be themselves, take risks, and grow, and where families and staff feel connected and supported.

Outside of school, Lueth loves spending time with her three children, who keep her grounded, inspired, and always learning. Alongside her husband, who is a Chicago Public Schools teacher, she is continually reminded of the impact schools have on students and communities.
