District 219’s Human Resources department strives to recruit, develop, and retain a highly qualified and diverse staff that supports organizational goals. The Human Resources team provides services and support in the areas of compensation, benefits, recruiting, policy compliance, performance management, payroll services, legal services, and labor and employee relations along with other personnel services.
